We’re team of practical doers that like to get stuff done, with an attitude of self responsibility with the view that if somethings going to change then we need to work to change it.  We believe there’s no place here for pointing out faults and if you’re not going to roll up your sleeves to help.  

We’re based north of Lancaster and are a small but expanding team.
